Big Orange Professional Photography (“BOPP”) is committed to keeping your personal information confidential. When you place an order with BOPP, our lab (CCS) collects your name, address, telephone number credit card information, email address and IP address. CCS uses this information to fill your order, to communicate with you and us about your order, and to aid us in troubleshooting any problems that may develop. BOPP may also use this information to tell you about new products and services. CCS operates with a network of photographers across the nation. Your name, address, telephone number, payment method and order detail will be forwarded to BOPP. Only the last four digits of your credit card number are forwarded to BOPP. BOPP nor CCS does not currently rent, sell or exchange email addresses, but BOPP or CCS may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.

In addition to the information we collect directly from you, BOPP and CCS also monitors general site use and traffic patterns to improve our website, customer service and the products offered. CCS uses cookies to improve your shopping experience, but we do not store personally identifiable information in your cookie. Cookies are bits of electronic information that a web site can transfer to your computer’s hard drive to help make shopping online easier and to tailor and keep records of you visits to the site. The use of cookies is standard on the Internet and many websites use them. Cookies save you time by tracking your order information so that you do not have to re-enter certain information upon every visit. CCS does not and cannot use cookies to retrieve personal information about you from your computer unless you knowingly provided such information. BOPP and CCS use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt your personal data. We understand this is especially important when exchanging credit card and/or billing information. Additionally we limit access of personal information to employees who need it to carry out a specific job function.

Children’s Privacy
The safety of children is very important to BOPP. Therefore, BOPP requests that parents order photographs from this website for their minor children. Parents are responsible for supervising any activities undertaken by a minor while viewing and/or using this website.

Privacy Policy Changes

Should BOPP decide to change its Privacy Policy, BOPP will post the changes here so that you will know what I information is gathered, how that might be used and whether it will be disclosed to anyone.
